From the get-go, they were professional and efficient. My enquiry was answered promptly and in detail. They kept in touch every step of the way to make sure the bathroom was delivered when needed. Delivery was prompt and the set-up friendly and efficient. Most surprising was how clean and pleasant the bathroom was to use. I was almost expecting to have to shower in thongs, but that was certainly not the case! Hiring a mobile bathroom is worth every cent in convenience and their team made the whole experience a hassle-free and positive one.

Having our only bathroom renovated whilst having two small children we thought would be an absolute nightmare! Until I contacted them! The whole experience was so easy – the delivery & setup was done without fuss and on time. The unit was extremely clean and definitely more room than we expected – and we certainly didn’t expect it to come with quality toilet paper & Dove soap! Because our renovation kept running late (as I guess most renovations do), the option of being able to extend the hire without any problems was a Godsend. Obviously we were very impressed with the unit, but didn’t expect the interest and great comments from our builder & all the tradesmen over the 3 weeks our “other bathroom” sat near our back patio. Thanks again for the wonderful service we received whilst our bathroom was being renovated. Our hire of a Portable Hot Shower was an amazing experience – so memorable in fact that we took a photo of it!! On the day of delivery, the friendly driver unloaded the shower and quickly found the perfect spot for it. As we live on a rather busy main road, the shower was positioned to maximize our privacy!! The installation process was handled swiftly and efficiently and so the shower was up and running in no time at all!! Everything was clean and spotless and we were absolutely blown away by the excellent water pressure – better pressure than our old bathroom!! Our lawn was pretty happy too catching the run off from the drain hose – our grass is somewhat greener!! During the hot and humid weather, we really appreciated being able to stay clean and refreshed. The team offers great service and the cost is very reasonable – no need to rely on friends and neighbours and certainly no need to stay in a motel!! We wholeheartedly recommend the service if you are about to renovate or for any other reason. Our bathroom renovation is now finished and we are currently enjoying our showers inside once more – however we will always have fond memories of our time using the Portable Hot Shower.

We were very happy with Brisbane Bathroom Hire. Having our daughter’s wedding at home was beautiful, however I wanted to keep people outside of our house. The Dual Deluxe Toilets were fantastic. Our guests were comfortable using them and we were able to decorate the inside with perfumes and flowers making it very presentable. It was like using an en-suite in a home. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and I will certainly be using them again for future functions. Thank you.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful service. From the initial point of contact right through to the gentleman who came to install on site I have found the staff to be very helpful. We were all quite nervous about undertaking the renovation of both bathroom and en-suite simultaneously and add to that the prospect of using some sort of portable bathroom unit and the family’s stress levels were going through the roof. My 19 and 20-year-old daughters were particularly concerned. Once the portable bathroom arrived though we were all so very relieved. It provided everything that we needed from a bathroom including beautiful hot water from a shower that had ample water pressure, good lighting and a toilet that flushed. I experienced prompt professional interactions with the staff. The bathroom was a great help for the 2 weeks we had it. The shower, toilet, and vanity were of a great standard and the shower was excellent. We never ran out of hot water. With 3 adults and an 11 month old baby, the bathroom was everything we needed.
